In this rapid operation of the Internet era, the young people in the city, with not thick salary, humble living in a corner of the city, they enjoy the happiness of freedom, the pursuit of the prosperity of the city.
They are a generation with personality. They love pets, privacy and online socializing...
Youth has ten thousand kinds of posture, youth has ten thousand kinds of ideas. As a result, small creative teams with different personalities and specialties have emerged, and a new commercial civilization has arrived.
In order to have a better understanding of the living conditions of contemporary young entrepreneurs, Foshan Vanke joined hands with supernormal design team to walk into the daily life of hundreds of young people. On the basis of continuous research on the lifestyle of young people, a series of product studies on possible future work patterns and team form changes are launched.
Life in the Bay Area is new 5
Through interviews and surveys, we found that the booming post-1995 generation, under the influence of the Internet, smart phones and other technological products in the "Z era", has been influenced by all-round multicultural, with a unique and individual identity label.
As the younger generation steps into the society, business opportunities around "Age Z" continue to emerge... Vanke Foshan focuses on the new attitudes of young people, constantly exploring and upgrading, and creating a gathering place for young people more suitable for their lifestyles.
Based on this, "Hi! Our New Life" Vanke Foshan New Life advocates the release of "New five styles of Bay Area life", which contains five dimensions of new services, new guardian, new link, new home and new home. It talks with youth groups, creates exclusive life solutions for young people, and hopes to provide young people with a dream "paradise".
Vanke New Life advocates comprehensive upgrading, centering on the new needs and new experiences of social development and the younger trend of mainstream customers, covering every aspect of life, and offering new life proposals to young people.
This design challenge
This commercial office space product research, selected three locations in Foshan, as the first practice of the product. Both are places where young people in the Bay Area may gather in the future, with inherent geographical advantages and rental advantages. In this Promised Land, SuperNormal will integrate commerce and art to create a new commercial world for bay Area youth inside apartment buildings.
Based on creating a new living space for young people in the Bay Area, the design makes a systematic interpretation and analysis of the new model of apartment commercial office space.
According to the data of youth culture research on the Internet in the same city, we speculate the possible business scenes of young people in the commercial business format, and determine the entertainment, food, beauty, education and studio formats as the contents of this design attempt.
From the business model and service model of each format, judge its possible use scenarios. Finally push back the whole space function plate.
Adhering to the principle of what you see is what you get, restore the real experience of each scene and create each small business office space from the details.

In the search and exploration, we completed the first phase of apartment commercial office space design attempt.
After the implementation of the three sample room projects, we learned about the actual use scenarios of different activities in the space from the customer's feedback, and the original intention of the design was well realized. Rather than a commercial design project, I think it is an experimental process to explore the potential of space.
We look forward to its subsequent use, to be tapped more new potential, to realize the infinite possibilities of life.
